Packing & Delivery
We ensure that once production is complete, your racks are shipped promptly. Generally, storage racks are flat-packed using air bubble film to ensure safety during transit. Custom packaging, such as wooden boxes, is available upon request.

For standard models with material in stock, delivery takes 3-7 days. For customized models or large quantities (e.g., up to 9 containers), production is generally completed within 15 days.

We do not have strict MOQ limitations. However, for very small quantities (less than 10pcs), international freight may be high, so we recommend consolidation with other goods.

Yes, samples are available. Due to the large size, we often suggest checking raw material samples to verify quality and durability.

What is the difference between a "Main Rack" and an "Add-on Rack"?
A Main Rack is a standalone starter unit with 2 upright frames. An Add-on Rack is a continuation unit that shares an upright with the previous rack, thus having only 1 upright frame.
What is the warranty period for the racks?
Our products typically come with a warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years, depending on the specific model and application.
