For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock. For less than 500pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models or large quantities, it generally takes 7-15 days.

We require a 40% deposit, with the balance to be cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card payments via secure platforms are also accepted.
3. Are product samples available?
Yes, samples are available at any time. Due to the large size, we suggest checking raw material samples to verify quality if shipping independently.
4. How do I handle installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. For large projects, we can offer technical staff guidance or video support to ensure proper setup.
5. What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
A main rack is a standalone start rack with 2 uprights. An add-on rack is a continuation rack that connects to the main rack and only requires 1 upright.
